Keep a debate of the merits of capital punishment as far away from the trial as possible?

1) Is Canadian certification something that used to be a rubber stamp on the FAA cert, but has become more work in the wake of the MAX crashes?

2) If so, is it a top priority for Gulfstream? It's gotta be a small market. I would imagine they put more hours into others first.
