Every day I wonder how my PO hasn't been fired yet

adjusting pretty well to my corporate job, which is in most ways infinitely superior to working in academia, but I think the biggest shock was that in academia you'd be surprised by how such intelligent people could be so incompetent and in corporate jobs they're not even intelligent

Anyway everybody get hyped, my next fic is coming (like coming right away, like I'm posting it now)

plus there's the element of spite, which does play a big part in motivating me to write, and in this case it's seeing perfectly good pairings being wasted on stories that don't play to their strengths

They're presented kind of how I view writing fic for kpop, where it's like, I don't actually want these people to be together, but I do want to imagine them playing two people who keep falling in love in different situations

Feels like thai gl fixed pairings were engineered in a lab to make me want to write for them lmao

Honestly, I've never had an issue with LibreOffice, but _why_ do the AO3 and AFF formatters hate it so much? I end up spending so much time just fixing the formatting after copying stuff over

I don't think I could have resisted ahah I love writing these two it's unreal. Thanks for following along and for the long comments, they're deeply appreciated 🥰

Alright, I think that's all I wanted to cover. Hope everyone's year has gone well, or at least okay, and that you're having fun with kpop and fandom ^^ stay tuned for my 2025 top 10 tracks, because I think it's really funny

For 2) I'm thinking of making a push to get everything up and ready to post on ao3, the next time I have some weeks off, but I really can't promise I'll get it done, because it's a lot (which I hope is also good news lol) so I can't make any predictions for release date :/

1) it's not fully beta'd, because my beta has been as busy as me, and 2) it's actually a lot of work to get stuff up on ao3 and aff every week, and I haven't been able to make that time. For 1), I think I'll go unbeta'd, because I don't want to pressure her

Finally, and still on the topic of writing, I hesitate to reveal this because I really don't know when it'll come out, but I do have a full wenrene multichapter written. It's not out yet for two reasons

Speaking of I See You, it's been a lot of fun to see people's reactions to it, and especially expectations for where it'll go. I guess all I can say is that it's a fic about weirdos, for weirdos, so I wouldn't expect a typical relationship to come out of it ^^

First of all, I am planning to write one more chapter for I See You. I have the vision, but I still need to get it down, and that might be a while, so I guess I'll let yall know. But it is definitely coming!

Anyway, ever since I started working, my free time and energy to write have decreased drastically, and it's been really hard to get anything posted, other than the occasional chapter of I See You. Which leads me to the 🌟Fic Stuff🌟

So, starting with the 🌟Life Stuff🌟, I am pleased to announce that I finally finished my PhD this year! And I got a job, like pretty much at the same time, which was nice, but boy I miss getting to set my own schedule
