I did a knee-jerk outrage post about @wikipedia.org using LLMs even as they fundraise under a "Knowledge is human" slogan. (Screencap from en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerryma...)

As soon as I did, the post that alerted me to it was deleted, and I started to wonder if there was something more insidious...

Archita is 78% to her goal but donations have slowed (none for 3 days). Much gratitude to everyone who's given so far. She's in desperate need, and would be very grateful for any help. I know things are difficult for everyone right now, even shares help to get more eyes on the fundraiser:

Just a heads-up that you can read 'Kali_Na', my cyberpunk Kali creation myth story that won the Shirley Jackson Award, for free here, reprinted by @tasavvurnama.bsky.social. Written before the Age of Generative Slop & more optimistic than I'd have written now, but there it is:

My Muslim Literature class is discussing this. We love it so much. Gratitude that I met Tasavvur Magazine here, and was able to bring these amazing psychological thrillers to my students. The emotional power is mind blowing.
