Good question, I have been wondering the same thing lately. Lately people are more concerned with "feeling" right instead of being right, especially on social media. Minds are made up in haste on subjects without any research beyond content that is consumable within 15sec-1min. I'm guilty of it too.

The US destabilizes small nations, then punishes those fleeing the chaos it created. This isn’t about law, it’s about the which lives this country actually values. Spoiler Alert: it's not the lives of the indigenous people of north, central, and south America.

I wake up in the morning. I sit at my computer. The internet screams at me that the world is on fire. I am overwhelmed by the deluge of bad news and faceplant in front of the computer.

I guess I am overall unsatisfied with the level of fighting I am doing or able to do on my end. But I know that is a feeling we mutually understand right now.

I feel like I have to actually be out doing something and resisting/protesting for this to be a thing. I wish I could march tomorrow, but I am all the way in Sweden.

I am having trouble thinking of wanting to do anything "fun"... LARPS, events, Birthdays, etc... All of it seems so dumb in comparison to the headlines I see coming out of the U.S.
