Darkly funny
25.11.2025 03:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Turns out that not having (m)any legit guiding principles and a crippling fear of the aristocracy/capital are a terrible mixture
24.11.2025 23:08 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Refreshed and energized and *have* to get back to work maybe but energized *to* get back to work is an insane premise (to me)
24.11.2025 23:06 β π 2 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0Buddy.. The levels of crime this is going to enable far outweigh whatever benefits these chuckleheads think will arise from "lack of immigration"
If the *single* greatest value proposition of legit banking goes away for a decent chunk of the country, legal migration goes belly up, but illegal?
They were gonna put dude 60 feet under if he played so i understand the Vikings pulling him... The replacement can't possibly be any better though so we might lose out on the jokes but only barely
24.11.2025 19:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Just got back to my phone and i see the rams are getting blowed out?? Eating a 30 burger before halftime??
That's a 1-and-done team in the playoffs for sure
I don't understand how anyone can watch how blatantly Grok is manipulated to answer the way ownership desires it to and then act like the other LLM chatbots couldn't possibly be similarly but less obviously compromised to produce responses in whatever way corporate interests and priorities dictate.
23.11.2025 19:13 β π 5904 π 1696 π¬ 53 π 106I just burst out laughing at just how absurdly funny that play was π€£π€£
23.11.2025 22:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0His *incredibly annoying* ability to escape and create while throwing balls you'd never ever recommend reminds me of 15. If he gets even halfway to that point the Titans will be thrilled
23.11.2025 21:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0They're going to actually kill him if he plays next week..
23.11.2025 21:15 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ward will eventually be an (even more) annoyingly good player if Tennessee can figure out the head coach and weapons things
23.11.2025 21:01 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This is crazy... How is he so bad at this
23.11.2025 20:55 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Beats the hell out of me

23.11.2025 20:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0At least he knew the playbook and could throw a ball half-decently
23.11.2025 19:49 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Every time he gets open I find myself wondering if the DC is stupid... How do you keep letting this one guy kick you in the nuts, game after game
23.11.2025 19:48 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I traded Bucky Irving and Justin Jefferson for JSN and Breece Hall just before week 5...if i win my league this year JSN is going to be why π
23.11.2025 19:47 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0If Iβm understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?

23.11.2025 18:49 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Everything I've seen/read about WW1/2/vietnam makes me realize a few things.
1) war is fucking horrific
2) we should do more to avoid it at almost all costs
3) politicians should be forced to live on the front lines
4) modern war is so lethal that its unconscionable that we still do this.
Agreed.. No argument there
23.11.2025 03:17 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Runs best but afaik data centers now run on whatever energy is cheapest which isn't *always* (but can be) green energy.
That number might go to zero if the current admin has its way though
If the Republican position is "Republicans should get away with committing crimes in public office" and the Democrat position is "Republicans should get away with committing crimes in public office" then the result will be that Republicans keep getting away with committing crimes in public office
22.11.2025 23:29 β π 774 π 170 π¬ 12 π 4Imagine, if you will, that NASA updated its website to suggest gravity might not exist, prompting CalTech and CERN to release statements saying, "With great sadness, we can no longer recommend listening to NASA."
This is what's happening in epidemiology.
Biology is messy AF.. Anybody selling you that things are straightforward, well understood and/or easy *might* be lying to you.
22.11.2025 19:53 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Standard crispr uses ~20-ish letter words to "find" where to cut and replace. 20 combinations of 4 letters is a lot in theory but these things don't require perfect matches.
A typo or 3 is easily tolerated.. So what you're dealing with with is something with the complexity of a real 8 letter word
Every, single, change you try to make results in a significant risk that you're going to cause errors in places you don't want, and sometimes don't expect and the traits they are so fixated on changing (intelligence) are not single gene or even single chromosome alterations.
Sooo to them I say..
And there's a trade-off between how easy it is to edit and the accuracy of said edits...
Everybody understands that if you use find and replace for short words in word (for example), you're very likely to replace things you didn't mean to... Now imagine having 4 letters instead of 26.
