Our first swift egg of 2025 laid and discarded. After two years of decline at our swift colony this is a tough watch. But whatever the reason it's fairly common swift behaviour.
Here's to the next egg. Mysterious swifts.

22.05.2025 21:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The peeping sounds like a swift calling to another on the nest. Once eggs are laid both take turns to incubate so you should see one in, shortly followed by one out, at regular intervals. Sounds very good, keep us updated please!
