The pop of the AI bubble and subsequent economy crash needs to become the death of this era of predatory capitalism and venture capital and 'line go up'. We need to make it that however we can. I don't want to hear defeatist talk that it won't be. We only have the power when we all believe we do.

This is what frustrates me so much about these articles: Propagating the narrative that large numbers of kids are faking disabilities is just going to result in a world where disabled people are *even more* scrutinized when they ask for accommodations!

I'm so serious, so many of our "problems" we're TOLD to focus on disappear the moment we do the cheap, efficient, thing with better outcomes - cheating to get access to medical care? Fuck you, medical care for everyone then. Cheating to get access to food and housing? HOUSING FOR EVERYONE.

If living with the dumbest fucking parents ever has taught me anything, it's that there are actually people who will refuse to watch something just because it's black and white or has no dialogue because "art" doesn't mean anything to these people.

it's crazy that they didn't introduce digitally painted backgrounds until the fifth season, and it's basically a seamless transition because the backgrounds already looked so sharp and clean
