i have a stream open on my pc so i can read the chat, stream itself is frozen and over 10 minutes behind now
and i'm watching it with *zero* interruptions on mobile but chat is frozen and also about over 10 minutes behind. why can't these things work normally??? useless

My options for watching twitch streams:
use the website on my pc and have streams buffer no matter what
or use the mobile app and have chat be broken so i never see what people are saying. this sucks cause on the more laid back streams with higher chat engagement i'm missing over half the discussion

In regards to avoiding getting shit scraped for AI, I think we're at a point where its actually inescapable no matter where you are online. Twitter straight up gives anyone the ability to ask their AI thing to fuck with images so :P lol

I think the only way to know what site is more viable is just crossposting and seeing whats gettin more (legit) engagement and reach

Apparently the "for you" tab here is a bit shit so you're less likely to find new things you actually like or want to see. I never use these things anyways so I can't say I've noticed that or if twitter's is better

Like despite twitter having the larger userbase sometimes it feels like they just suppress tweets for no reason, so no one even sees the post(s) anyways. I've found here to be a bit more reliable with that so far

Honestly I stopped posting art on twitter cause I got a lot of weird attention over time that I wanted to break away from, this site was a bit of a reset. Hence why I also like how more "quiet" it is here (for better or for worse)
