If you don't have access to nature, people, get some. Get a better window at work. Go outside. Take a break on a sidewalk with trees. When you come back, everything will be easier.

When I leave, I'm blocked, spinning out, pushing and getting nowhere. When I come back, I'm buoyant as a Mamdani video! I mean, look at what walking across Manhattan did for *him*, right? ⬇️

I'm lucky to have nature in spades where I am. Even with that access, I don't always take a walk, especially with the heat we've been having. But when I do, it's *always* a game-changer. ⬇️

Yeah, maybe not *everything*, but I just read that exposure to nature regulates the sympathetic nervous system in as little as 5 minutes. Gets rid of stress, balances you out. Seems like a no-brainer to go outside and take a walk, but do you do it? ⬇️
