Hahaha! I am a rank amateur compared to you when it comes to page markers . They are a recent discovery for me and no going back now. I feel the colours say a lot about you as a person. ๐Ÿ˜‚

5-stars for the true story of a woman tried for the same murder 3 times (told as a novel). An engrossing insight into what people will do to survive. #booksky #HistoricalFiction+ What book based on a true story last had you hooked?

I had a go at bread making. Used a recipe for the air fryer - the result looked like the love child of a brain crossed with a cauliflour. Inedible!

Hugely long shot but if there are any experts here in the geography of late 18th-century Vienna, please get in touch!

I am trying to roughly locate an address but I only have a few details and maps are proving a bit gnarly for a total outsider ๐Ÿ™ƒ #18c #vienna

Absolutely, there is a beauty in simple language. However, every now and again, a word's rhythm makes a longer word the perfect fit...but only if used sparingly. Gosh that sounds pretentious!
