Why do you use Bluesky to tell us things that everybody already knows? I'm beginning to think that you're just a guy who sits in the back and does whatever the Leader tells you to do. Can you provide us with something useful? For example, what do you think we might do to evict Trump?

I do think I will be impacted – and I blame you.

The Internet cross connects communications and decentralizes power. We don't need to use the established sources and methods. Create a nonprofit startup to get outside the box and begin setting up a rural care system. It might even be profitable.

In the Internet age, medical care is already on its way to becoming a commodity. At the first signs of discomfort, I TeleMed. My vitals are sent digitally. If my condition worsens, additional expertise is applied via the network. In the extreme, an ambulance is dispatched. Insurance may be moot.

"Gatekeeper" may be the wrong metaphor. Try "triage". We are not trying to provide optimal care for everyone. We're trying to provide a dependable minimum with an alert system to deal with emergencies.

Many rural areas are bereft of healthcare. When you must drive for an hour to reach the nearest doctor, you are willing to try almost anything that seems rational and affordable. Across much of the country a local NP or PA, linked to a robust medical network would be a solid improvement.

This may seem off the point but: Representatives are elected from districts that contain approximately 750,000 people. No person can represent the wishes of 750,000 other people. In the end, Representatives get reelected by doing as little as possible while claiming to be working, fighting and etc.

You can't make it affordable without talking about how you do it. Altering methods can lower costs.

Just one spine? For all of them? Wouldn't it be better if each one of them grew a spine?

Ohhhh! So clever. Futile, snippy, and vacuous – but clever. Did you write this yourself, or was it a staffer?

Even if your little Bill passed both houses, Trump would veto it. Why are you wasting your time? Why aren't you trying to come up with a way to remove Trump from the presidency?

You could have forced them to act, but you folded. Remember?

As I recall, you voted to pass the budget that includes those tax cuts. So, like, isn't this your fault?

Only senseless gun violence? What about people who lost their lives to purposeful gun violence? Shouldn't we have concern for them too?

When you focus on the latest thing that Trump has done, you are not talking about how to remove him from the Presidency. In this way you are normalizing and providing publicity for Trump's dictatorship. We need to talk about how to get rid of him, not about what he is doing.

Senator: beginning next November the Democratic base will start to remove those leaders who have spent their time re-broadcasting the news instead of telling us their plans for removing Trump from office. We want him gone – and if you don't have ideas, we will find someone who does.

The rural areas are older, more traditional, more conservative. Urban populations are extremely diverse, requiring open-mindedness and promoting a more flexible point of view. The pace of life is much faster in cities, and the changes have come much more quickly there.

So, if he dies in office does that solve our problems? I bet not.

In many countries with autocratic rulers, removal has been achieved by calling on the people to gather in the capital. 3 million people in Washington DC, refusing to leave until Trump abdicated, would shut down the government and force him to deal. And there are other non-violent methods.

The simple act of having these meetings would in itself apply pressure. There would be 24/7 media coverage, Trump would be forced to respond, Republicans would have to make public statements, and so even if nothing came of it, the public would be engaged.

First, Dems need to start calling for him to be removed. Second, they need to begin holding town meetings to discuss with their constituents the difficulties of removing him, constitutionally or not. If their constituents agree, then they should act to remove.

Democrats: WE ARE NOT SAFE. I'm not a politician, but even I can understand how the messaging needs to work with regard to this Administration. Our national security is now in the hands of utter incompetents. Don't talk to me about inflation and dictatorship. Remind me that WE ARE NOT SAFE!

Republicans plus Democrats make up a bit less than 50% of the electorate. You make up a bit less than .001%.

The Democrats are denying their fear of this by pretending that if we elect them, everything will go back to being the way it was. But it doesn't take much thought to see that that's impossible. We can no longer trust the system itself. As scary as it seems, we are going to have to build a new one.
