I finally ended up playing KHIII because I kept having recurring dreams about it and what it ended up being was SO DISAPPOINTING compared to what my subconscious could come up with

I had better luck at Mastercard. I was able to speak to a supervisor, who I thanked specifically because he didn't read from a script, and seemed sympathetic.

this is why i will always defend conceptual art whether it's the duct tape banana or the pile of candies. the way folks interact with art can be just as important as the work itself, or even re-contextualize it! there's so much 'classical' work that we no longer have the context for that lies inert.

the two reps I called at Visa also tried to do the same. I was able to tie up the line on the second one on longer by telling rambling stories and making them repeat stuff to me over and over again, but they still refused to send me to a supervisor.

I think it needs to be pointed out as well that Visa is clearly losing money off these calls clogging their systems and still thought it was worth the money to re-train their employees/contractors. They're not scared enough to drop the issue altogether, people need to keep calling and snail-mailing.

Visa is now actively shutting down calls regarding their censorship and prohibition of the sale of legal product.

They clearly retrained their staff on how to deal with our calls. That doesn't happen unless there's critical mass.

KEEP IT UP. They are trying to turf the calls as fast as they can.
