I added a very simple unit test, and it passes 🥰 This is how I'm going to learn more than just the tutorials, each time I add something new that's playable I can make some unit tests to go with it. I'll end up with testable games that'll help me bake in quality when I make my own 💖 I love Godot 🥰

As a part of my game development journey, I've actually gotten a few different courses, and plan to bounce between them. Learning how different people make games will give me more techniques to learn! So here's the first game from a different course to my last one, a little coin collector game 💖

The plan: Follow tutorials to make some simple Godot games 'till the new year, then see what I can build and then publish in a year. I'm "sharpening the axe" 'till Jan 1st 2026, and then it's my own project's time 😍

One day I'll be able to look back on this, and see an incredible amount of progress 💖 This is messing around in Godot, where I've been able to make a simple "rocket" game, where I can progress through levels, and reset if I fail. I'm really looking forward to what I make next 😍
