Today, I asked @johnswinney.bsky.social about the recent job losses at Harbour Energy, who blame the UK Government's excessive windfall tax.

The UK Government have ignored warnings about job losses, treated Aberdeen as a cashcow, and is undermining efforts to deliver a Just Transition.

The UK Government is failing the North East, failing to act on energy job losses, failing to invest in a Just Transition, and is treating us as a cash cow!

They could change that by giving the green light to the Acorn Carbon Capture and Storage project
