A noise gate is a must, so that when you're not speaking the audio will simply not come through, and noise suppression/expander should be set after a noise gate. The website has a bit of a guide on each one and what they do :) obsproject.com/kb/filters-g...

OBS has pretty decent noise filters and gates! They should help. Depending on how aggressive you want to set them they might cut some of the "quality" of your voice (as in, some of your higher pitched noises might be quieter or even muted) but they still do a pretty bang up job.
