Wow, that was fast. Call out @betteratltransit.bsky.social on a couple of their pieces of disinfo and they block you real quick.
I guess I'll join the club with @alexip718.com!

The path literally included land shaping, utilities work, and even double bridges for transit.
We could have broken ground on the first portion of transit by now if not for groups like you actively making that harder.
Again, you are the problem here. You make progress hard.

That's a REALLY weird thing to insist given that there absolutely are modern trams in the Netherlands, operating as a layer of their own, in addition to metro and regional rail and all other transportation modes.
You're just lying and expecting us to pretend otherwise.

Just like the Beltline, there are days when Charlotte's rail trail is busy, and days when the trail is more quiet.
That's just the ebb and flow of life. Yes, even in a city smaller than Atlanta, that's still figured out how to build modern, high quality rail transit.

No one is being reckless with transit funds. We're building the light-rail route that has been in planning for 20 years, in a corridor literally built for light rail transit, that has been voter-approved and funded.
You're the one wasting our time and money here. You're the problem.

First, the Utrechtse Sneltram carried over 9 million riders in 2023, which means it had nearly 140,000 more riders per mile than MARTA rail.
Second, there's this neat concept called layering networks. You LAYER transit networks to do different things.

So weird... you'd think they'd want improved transit connections to their properties to help sell units and floor space.

To be clear, Utrecht HAS streetcars / trams / light rail.
It even has them running directly adjacent to cycle ways.
This is what Beltline Transit should be... so why is BAT pretending that this doesn't exist?
