And 3. She needs him to understand what it is like being a predator. She casts the spell that lets demons swallow humans whole on the Hero, and then force-feeds him his party members. Not to worry, she can cast a spell to keep them from digesting, as long as he keeps her happy...

Also this is exactly something she read in one of her books about humans, when she was trying to learn about them to make the Hero love her. So this feels Right to her. She sees a way to kill three birds with one stone. 1. The hero needs to see his friends regularly. 2. She can't have the Hero leave

The Hero pleads with her, manages to convince her that he doesn't want to leave. It's just that humans love socializing with their friends. Even when they have a wife who they love very much, they still go visit friends. Demon Queen is very excited by being a "wife" in the analogy, and also-

The Hero is a fence-sitter, as he doesn't aid the party by trying to kill the queen but he still blocks many of her attacks. Both sides mad at him. Queen is victorious, clearly on the verge of a breakdown. Convinced the Hero doesn't love her, could never love her, going to eat the party members.

The Demon Queen goes to visit her captive lover, and he's gone. Panic. Did a rebellious general do this to get to me? Did he run away? Does he not love me? She manages to track him down. The hero tries to calm things down, but both the party and the Queen are spoiling for a fight.

Then we have the scene where he lodes her trust. His party, spared but left behind during the defeat, has managed to sneak into the Demon capital to rescue him. They assume he is being held prisoner (not wrong, but much more comfortable than they imagine). He sneaks out to talk to them, warn them.

The story probably starts around here. The Demon Queen is trying to earn the Hero's love via her own unconditional love, and it just isn't working. Among his complaints is that she, y'know, eats people. She tries to explain that Demons have no choice, but he just can't understand.

I picture the trope of the heroic adventuring party preparing to fight the Demon Queen. Unfortunately, they run into her before they trained and fought their way through her generals, and she handily defeats them. She doesn't kill them, though, due to falling in love with the hero.

I don't tend to like yandere, but grindaviking's post about them got me thinking. The one about the "ankle breaking" scene whete the yandere switches from trying to get the protagonist's unconditional love to trying to tame them via discipline and control. And of course, my brain wants to add #vore

Second, why doesn't my brain do that with conventional porn? There's plenty of that I find offputting or unsexy, but if I see someone repost a fancy pic of a body part I don't care for, my brain is like "ah, they must find that sexy." Correct, brain! Now, do that for fetish art too! Be consistent!!
