marx is a strange case cuz after his first major appearance in kirby super star/ultra, his appearances are a bit scattered. he’s actually not fought all that often and makes cameos most of the time

heh well i had a shiny spawn in an area where i couldn’t get to it yet until i progressed more through the story and it stayed there until i caught it

so maybe it could be to keep it “balanced” by having them not despawn
