Here I’m repairing this plaster skirting profile. A void that is repaired with Rock Solid filler. This is the first phase of the repair. The objective is to build the profile to match the existing - which will be perfected on the next stage.

Cut area looking Northwards,uncut section on the left will be looked at again in late Spring and we'll decide how much to cut then.

Looking South at at the last big area we had left to cut. All finished for the year,cut and raked off.

Before we started on the last bug area ,surprised to have finished itall really. WE have scrub management to do now and grasslands to extend/reclaim.

Looking North the St.John's Wort on the laft has ben left standing with the other plants in the mix,everything else cut and removed to compost heaps

We've now finished all the grassland management at #AshlawncuttingLNR. This was the last bit, We finished a bit earlier than usual because of the more relaxed policy of leaving a greater %age uncut until Spring. Scrub and tree work starts soon....

Milky Way to the left and red glow to the right above mountains with just a little snow on them in a very starry sky. I didn't use a star tracker and this was a 30 second exposure so some star trailing is visible.

So when the aurora borealis is faint enough, you can capture its glow with the Milky Way 😍
