So we waited and waited and finally he said "your dad isn't coming, is he?" And they ended up giving me a ride home and everything was fine. THE POINT OF THIS is that afterwards, I would wake up in the middle of the night TERRIFIED, because what if they *hadn't* given me a ride home?
