Secondly, is the character a human or an instutition ?

People have nuance.
Not institution.
Peoples.

Use nuance for people.
Don’t use it when it’s come to systemic machines.
Systemic machine are the easiest stuff to analyse in term of good and bad.

I don’t know, maybe go actually study philosophy ?

The fact that you are quicker to defend a character from a video game and then are not here to call out genocide is incredible to me.
