basically i really enjoyed it and liked it for what it is but i has some problems! i saw someone in twitter say its an 8/10 that they love like a 10/10 and hate like a 6/10 and tbh real

restart with like 2-3 years left in development cus ea was making them make a live service game they didnt want to first. at least i think? idk ive seen stuff abt that on twitter but it definitely feels like thats the cause of most of its problems instead of bioware just sucking or whatever

imo. there’s just missed potential. but it’s important to keep in mind that it’s problems arent bc of woke or bc bioware sucks now or whatever, and the devs wanted to do a lot more and a lot different with it but ea executives forced them to do stuff and they had to basically scrap the game and

i enjoyed it. definitely go in expecting it to not be like the other games, it definitely feels like it’s missing elements that make it dragon agey- it’s very focused on gods and stuff and you don’t interact with normal people as much, and some of the edges have been sanded down but it’s still good

i prefer 2 to origins as well, it’s baller. veilguard is similar in terms of reusing areas and having smaller zones which again feels like a result of the dev cycle being fucked up bc of ea
