Got to the park I wanted to hike at too early (they added a gate!) so drive around and ended up at Russian Ridge. No banana slugs so I’ll just have to try again! Hiking in the rain means quiet on the peninsula unlike up north.

Did a T2 tea order for a change (ugh duty from Australia) and had to pick up this one solely for the packaging. IT’S A BOOK! Not my first book tin, kinda sad it’s cardboard. Now I have to drink coconut cake tea 😅

#sotd is Dragons Blood by Shadow Scents. Is it one dimensional? Yes. Is it what I wanted? Also yes. I just wish it had some longevity, it dissipates quickly for me. Note: I wore BPAL Blood Rose yesterday and that one has impact and lasts forever, so a bit spoiled.

Got out of the house to the opposite side of Tomales Bay from where I usually am in Pt Reyes National Seashore (aka, went to the hwy 1 side). Went to Marconi for a stroll with some great views. It’s technically a state historic park, who knew?

Having a high pain weekend & really mentally affected by the murders happening by this government. Comfort hike at Abbotts Lagoon where 4 adult coyotes were doing karaoke & scaring off the bunnies. Trying to find some good here, but I’m not sure I can pretend much more.
