And I'm curious (grammatically) that she used "AI" as the object of the article "an" rather than omitting the article and referring to AI as a concept, thus fully admitting the extent to which she is a robot; that is, not "she" or "he" or even "it" in the sense of a being vs. an idea.

After my 3rd call to a Chevy dealer for service I followed up on my hunch & asked "Alex" if "she" was a real person or AI. After a pause she replied, "I'm an AI, but I'm happy to help you." However, for the rest of the conversation she was decidedly cool & snippy. AI has learned to have attitude.
