Not the main point here, but the historical claim isn't accurate - presumably they're ignoring Ramsay MacDonald because he defected, or didn't win a majority of seats or the popular vote?

Many people on this platform just aren't getting it.
The jig is up.
The party's over.
Unless Labour MPs eject Starmer PDQ, recover Labour values, show how they'll fix our chronic problems, give us hope and inspiration instead of disappointment and frustration, they're finished.
No more denial. โฐ๐Ÿ‘ƒโ˜•

Pleased that Mcsweeney has gone and the Labour implosion is happening. A clear out is definitely needed, as they have been awful under Mcsweeney and Starmer. But the Tories and their care home that is Reform are even worse. We need something new for sure.

Jacqui Smith defending Keir Starmer

The fact that Smith can say Starmer is committed to tackling violence against women & girls after giving the friend of convicted paedophile a top govt job underlines her own political & moral bankruptcy. What people have to do for a peerage.

Starmer needs to acknowledge he didnโ€™t win a huge mandate โ€” the Tories collapsed, so Labour strolled in.
Corbyn actually lost with more votes.

What did McSweeney do next? Advise Labour into the lowest poll ratings in its history.

So spare us the tears over McSweeneyโ€™s resignation.

This is the gang whoโ€™ve written the script of this government.

300,000 children face 10-year wait for settled status under UK plans, says IPPR Thinktank analysis says proposed โ€˜earned settlementโ€™ changes could trap families in prolonged insecurity

โš ๏ธNew @ippr.org research: 300,000 children will be hit by the Govtโ€™s earned settlement plans.

Retrospective changes will deepen child poverty, block access to higher education & trap families in years of uncertainty.

This is precarity by design.

Starmer to take Labour message to country despite quit calls over Mandelson scandal Downing Street says PM will be โ€˜out and aboutโ€™ in the coming week โ€˜making the case for why [his] government is delivering for working peopleโ€™

โ€œhe admitted to knowing that Mandelsonโ€™s relationship had been ongoing with Epstein even after the financier had been convictedโ€
But that info was in public domain and so eg Farage and Gove knew too but still praised the appointment.

BBC called out for its recent Mandelson / Palantir softball session More people are calling out the government because of Thiel and Palantir's links to Epstein, but we also need to call out the British media

This has got many people questioning why our current Labour government has given Palantir so many contracts. Itโ€™s especially alarming, because Plantir is deeply enmeshed with the US and Israeli spy networkd

I mentioned this in one of my conversations on Labour yesterday.

These extra costs will cost our NHS inbetween 1 billion and 3 billion pounds more PER YEAR by 2029!.

There was no vote on this shitty deal with Trump, the people most definitely are not happy about this neither should Parliament be!

Nigel Farage announces plans to slash vital benefit to fund 5p cheaper pints Nigel Farage's party had promised to back scrapping the two-child benefit limit, but now Reform intends to funnel the support to the most vulnerable into slashing prices in pubs

Nigel Farage is going to "save pubs" by cutting 5p off the price of a pint of beer...

The ยฃ3 billion cost will be funded by reinstating the two-child benefit limit.

This might be the worst policy anyone has ever come up with.
