Your plant still looks healthy enough, so just keep an eye on it. I usually use a sprayer to hose off the critters every time I water.

If you don’t have many orchid (plants), try insecticidal soap. There are stronger insecticides, but start with that. You have to be keep at it with consistency. 🌱

What kind of orchid is that? Looks like it might be in the Oncidium alliance, but hard to tell from just the leaves. BTW, you might have some mealy bugs on some of your leaves (white fuzzy stuff on the underside). Wash them off and repeat. Gentle insecticidal soap may help. 🌱📷
