Delighted that Andor and Slow Horses both performed well at The Emmys. Still mind boggling that The Pitt hasn't released here yet (hopefully soon). Some catching up to do on a few of the shows.

Tbf a good few are adaptations too. H is For Hawk, The Thing With Feathers and Hamnet.

Funnily enough was planning on rewatching High & Low this weekend ahead of Spike's version.

Not had a chance to play this yet but it's very high on the list.

Interesting. Yeah I'm hopeful it'll be good and that Mangold's will get off the ground too.

Yeah and I suppose he knows his way around a blockbuster.

I mean Free Guy was enjoyable enough and his Stranger Things eps are ok.

Oh yeah with Amy Adams and Gosling it'll be fun and it's a film about space dogfights.

Massive irony in having one of the best casts for any Star Wars movie but with the worst director. I mean maybe the cast can make it good who knows.

Yeah this is a good point. At least he's still doing stuff like Fargo and Doctor Sleep in amongst other things.

Oh for sure - he's still doing some interesting stuff on TV as well as film but certainly missing the range of directors and genres he was working in.
