Along my entire journey, this was what really threw me off multiple times. The more I learned about my wounds from my parents - the angrier I got, that I would have to heal all of them by myself, while they simply continue on with their life. And now, that I am working towards a peaceful life,..⤵️

Put your face in icy water.
Try grounding techniques, like naming things in your room.
Try a weight-blanket.
Sit at the open window & take a few breaths with the counting, technique.

Had this plenty of times when *my dreams triggered me*. What one can do after that? Be gentle with yourself, start your routines, journal what comes to mind & breathe. Breathe, breathe, breathe. You now must regulate your nerve system, that is on high alert - most likely.

You go to bed doing everything perfect, to ensure you have a good night, but you wake up in the morning & everything is on fire. Ur mental space is foggy, ur focus bury & your emotional state is between "I should be okay, nothing happened" & "OMG,hell broke loose". ⤵️

I know I am only a small light out there & I am not as delusional, as that my blog might change the world.

I have done community/mental health work on my sever for years & this is now the next step.

Ironically in Germany are many wird folks who demands a germaxit ass well. They rly don't habe an idea what priviliges the EU has for all of us on a daily Basis 🙄😮‍💨

Oh, btw we also miss you guys. I am from Germany and I got friends in the UK. It started to become really worrisome how the situation darkened their moods and the bottom line of everything they told me so far is "its like before, just hella worse". 😱 Nobody in Germany either understood the Brexit...
