I usually don't make a big deal of my birthday and don't expect much other than a bit of quiet time to myself... but today, with all of this... it felt needed. I'd been feeling low for a while, and damn near content to just... barely exist... but all these messages from people really made my day...

Usually my birthdays are a quiet deal, where I either stay home and play games and eat junk, or I have to go to work, with the occasional "Happy birthday" from family members. Today, thanks to Sammi mentioning it's my birthday, I got a barrage of happy birthdays from so many people.
