just got back from a REALLY long weekend of wedding venue tours

@thepandaredd.com Had a thought about the "Theming act" you've brought up in the past. I don't know if that's DC comics cannon, but I had a thought for something that could be just as important, especially in Gotham... The Gordon Precedent. Evidence provided by vigilantes can be accepted...

“How can we ensure that the vigilantes are not abusing this power?”
“What kind of evidence must be provided for the vigilante to not be deemed at fault?”
“How established must a vigilante be to qualify?”

I see what you mean. Essentially a Retroactive Honorary Deputization that allows a vigilante legally be a law enforcement official so long as the state deems their actions just after the fact.

I can see a lot of very interesting conversations springing from that idea.
