I could've also had his form when he gets in a very bad position, that is a huge counter for his weaknesses, but that'd be too overpowered and not really fun to fight against

He has the anatomy of a tall normal man, however, his head is a metallic orb with one eye, wearing an ice crown. He has no neck, no arms and no legs. He still has his hands, his feet, his knees and his elbows. Everything is, in some sort, tied together with strings, which is one of his powers that I'll take time to elaborate later. Just know that it works like normal members, for now. He's also holding a sword with one his hands, since he knows how to use weapons And, by the way, but this drawing isn't mine, as well as the idea of the missing arms and legs, but were made by Copycat
(the same buddy but redrawn by me + better visibilty of how look his arms and legs) his strings work like normal members, however, with momentum, he can actually grab/attack something a bit further from him, like Rayman However, they cannot be touched with bare hands or magic, being invisible and untouchable. They can, instead, be cut with something sharp. The sharper the object is, the more effecient the effect will be. This effect being the unability for the boy to use the member cut. It goes back into its usual position, and can't be moved by itself. It's a bit different for his head, which can only something a normal head can do, so no 360 with it or head kicks that could break a wall
(Simplified drawings of what he can do with his magic, all related to ice. The first shown being formation of ice object, the second one the spray of very tiny ice hards that can block vision, freeze a bit or slow down the guy aimed with it. And the last ability shown being the possibility of freezing a surface with his hands) So yes, he has ice powers. He can use them in any moment, but they work better in a cold environment that he can create himself. The more he uses his powers, the more his head will feel pain, which is kind of a problem for someone that mainly uses his intelligence and wisdom to fight. He also increases his body temparature by doing so, which is not great for someone using ice. And yes, he's weak to fire, but can easily fight back against it by covering his body with a tiny surface of ice, which doesn't slow him down because of his anatomy
