I have moved my opensource / upstream mailing lists to Outlook.com, because I want to separate work, personal and OSS. I mostly receive mail there that I’ll read and delete, it’s more akin to a Notification Center. Also, Outlook ain’t bad, seems like you can define customer actions, etc.

Already an iCloud+ customer, I’ve tried moving my personal email here. 5 minutes DNS change. Archives transfer over IMAP. A week in and I have no complaints, seems good enough for what I need, I’m likely going to keep it. The only real issue is the iCloud mail UI which is very basic (when I need it)
