At Leon's comment Nikolai lets out a laugh.

"Who ever said that I was still lucky? I just don't like to test it anymore."

He smirks before slowly turning away.

"We all die one day and I feel as if your luck is not far behind mine."

"I'm glad we are on the same page, but yes the data is worth quite a bit. I say it is a collaboration between us."

No point in hiding what was already obvious. Just as much as there was price for destruction there was also one for salvation.

"There is a facility that needs let's say some cleaning up. Quite the high targets for the virus and man who is creating it."

"As much as I enjoy catching up there is a job I have. You see I had a revelation after my near death. Maybe the world shouldn't burn for anything less than the highest bidder. Can't spend my hard earned money if nothing is left."

He laughs a little before continuing.

"Don't worry about it. Things like this happen when we least expect it."

He reassures her as he lets out a chuckle.

"Sometimes we just have to make due."

"And I'm sure I'll find her eventually. The world is only so big when it is constantly being brought to ruin."

He chuckles at the thought.

"As for gambling I prefer to avois such things. The house always wins after all at least when you are playing fair."

"Hmmph... more experienced than I thought. Heh, you are an interesting man."

His hands go slack and he doesn't bother going back for the gun.

"You say I'd lose my life playing this game, but who is to say? Life is a gamble."

He shrugs again not losing his cool.

"Are you going to do something about it then?"

Nikolai asks raising an eyebrow. This was infinitely more interesting than searching for a new contractor.

His hand reaching for the gun at his waist.

"Would be a shame to kill you now when I'm still looking for Valentine."

"The combat data sold for quite a bit even with the Nemesis unit's death."

He shrugs seemingly unperturbed by what he had done.

"I will say she almost got the last laugh in the end. Leaving me to die to the bombs."

"My name is Nikolai, Nikolai Zinoviev and my friend's name is Jill Valentine."

He introduces himself shaking her hand.

"A pleasure to meet you."

"Just to let me know if you see someone. See I'm looking for an old friend."

He replies with a thoughtful look.

"We parted on bad terms, but I've been wanting to bury the hatchet as they say."

"Hmmm... not all of them. I still have an old rival I managed to see. As for attempting to kill her?

He asks with a sly smile.

"I wouldn't say thats entirely true. I only handed her off to the Nemesis unit until she got in my way."

"I see, in that case if you do see her just say Nikolai wanted to have a chat. Makes it easier for the both of us."

He gives a sly smirk.

"Oh and tell her we do not need to be how should you say nemesises anymore. That was buried in Raccoon city. Well burned and exploded, but you get the idea."

"Just looking for some information about an old friend. Does the name Jill Valentine mean anything to you?"

I do have some, but I usually don't give away things for free... Hmmm... how about I give you them and you can do an I.O.U?

"Exactly, it's just a minor set back unlike a bullet."

"Lot of things are unexpected. Like surviving Raccoon City for example."
