"We heard some very powerful and emotional stories. Thank you for sharing. It was powerful how people could relate their foundations into what we were saying and how they could see how it relates to their lives and some of their experiences" @samprowse20.bsky.social

A pink mindmap titled β€˜avoiding autistic burnout’ with arrows pointing to eight small circles which read: prioritising rest and sleep, eating well and drinking enough water, identifying what consumes your energy, creating time for your special interests, connecting with other autistic people, seeking reasonable adjustments, setting boundaries and saying no more often, and scheduling recharge time.

Autistic burnout is extreme long-term exhaustion and overwhelm triggered over time, where the stress of coping with life’s demands exceeds the autistic person’s ability to cope. They may lose the ability to carry out everyday tasks, lose skills they usually have and increased sensory difficulties.

It’s really pretty there my cousin got married there in the summer. Personally at home, I tend to do low-key Christmas decorations . Including using Car tree air freshener as my Christmas Christmas tree.
