A while ago I reflected on the development of my guide on enhancing inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility in #OER. My reflection is now an article, just published in Open Praxis.

Tom Peach, a librarian and learning development leader in UK higher education, spoke with ANDPA on disability inclusive recruitment, drawing from his expertise in higher education and libraries, as well as his lived experience. The webinar encouraged attendees to think authentically about recruitment, drawing parallels with learning and teaching. It offered valuable takeaways for those interested in creating more inclusive and accessible recruitment practices that are equitable and attract diverse talent.
