23.09.2025 13:29 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Leg lifts are better than sit-ups. Thinking about leg lifts is also better than thinking about sit-ups. This is well established science - just ask RFKjr.
23.09.2025 13:29 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It's not "criminal", thanks to John Roberts, who ruled that Trump is above the law - thereby allowing Trump to wield the law to crush anyone he pleases.

23.09.2025 12:00 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0If there's a Federal shutdown this October, it will annoy me personally - as I have reservations at the Grand Canyon National Park. I'll take the mild annoyance in exchange for the opportunity for the D's to take a stand at last.
Forth now and fear no darkness!
Ovinity!

Thanks - very interesting glimpse into something most of us never think about. Has this line of research impacted studies of cell motility in the fetal stage, when there's a lot of action with "baby" cells maturing and then transporting over to their "forever" homes?
13.09.2025 12:28 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0To start with, the cuts to cancer research will not affect that many people. But as time goes on, more and more people will die that could have been saved. We don't know which axed research projects would have paid off -- that's WHY we do research. But some of them would have, and now they won't.

25.08.2025 12:10 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0The Trumpettes are in some ways more advanced than the Nazis in 1933. They ginned up crises (Reichstag fire) and then declared emergencies. Now, the new way is to just declare an emergency that the media doesn't dare denounce - because doing so would be "partisan", and dangerous.
