yeah it’s (most of the time) grueling and underpaid, no matter the cool subject matter or freedom it can give you to structure your time

YESSS it’s ok!!!!!! slow is good!! typos are fine!!! the amazing thing about writing is you’ll be able to go back and fix anything… i usually have to make an outline/skeleton like five billion times =_= but writing it like i’m talking to myself at first sometimes helps!

I wonder if part of it is that people are making more of an effort to actively remember artists since the internet is what it is?? I’ve had a few similar but pleasant experiences, and I kind of forget people remember me online so I’m always surprised hahaha
