Two interacting galaxies, one with a prominent spiral form on top and a smaller one on the bottom. The arms appear red and blue, with the centre being really bright. Many stars of our galaxy can be seen everywhere, just like many background galaxies.

A Hubble classic for Valentine's Day! 🔭🌹

This is the Arp 273 couple, located 300 million light years away. This is the most magnificient rose there is if you ask me!

I processed that observation like 4 times already, but I just can't get enough of that beauty ngl
