Dear #Physcomitrium community, why would you use BCDAT as an all-purpose growth medium?

It’s a great option for promoting protonema growth ahead of protoplast production. However, it might not be ideal to provide plants with 5 mM ammonium tartrate (AT) for other research applications #plantscience
