This woman is my hero. Using her platform to spread love. Using her platform in front of everyone to still try to make change.

“The real reason that you fail with new habits is self image gets in the way. this is why you can’t get too attached to one version of your identity. Progress requires un-learning. Becoming the best version of yourself requires you to continuously edit your beliefs, upgrade and expand your identity.

I love the way that the author wrote this down. I can tell you this firsthand when I don’t have my systems in place I don’t make it anywhere. It’s a constant reevaluation, a fluid process, but always focusing on improving.
