$ACFN getting a lot of good price action lately. Set up is simple - Mgmt decided to go with razor - blade model. 40% of total is recurring revenue, which hits at 80%+ gross margin. with <1% churn. Insiders own a good chunk too. unfairadvantagecapital.substack.com/p/acorn-ener...

$BRRE vs $AXR - The set up looks the same. Land bank getting liquidated. One in Poconos and other in New Mexico. But I think $AXR set up is better - mgmt is more focused on selling land, returning cash. Better reporting and from what I can tell - cheap!
