Thanks Graham - useful points, I will update the blog to reference (with due acknowledgement). Still unclear whether the ICS provisions will come into play but if do it seems likely HMG will use a range of points to push back, including the regulatory one.

❓Request- Has one seen a website that links to all the recently released DSA risk assessment and audit reports for the 19 VLOPs and VSOEs? Searching hasn’t located one and I can’t see on the EC website. I have quite a few links but not all. Otherwise I will blog my list. Cheers, S
