adam.tsuris @AdamTsuris Somewhere along the way, being wrong about facts was reclassified as "having an opinion," and knowing facts was stigmatized as "having bias." It's a big part of why we're in hell now.

Just no idea when I’m going to get a chance to play it, but such good memories of that campaign and can’t say no at that price. Never understood why it was niche cultish thing. Such clever writing and design; a real lesson in game making.

Didn’t think it was possible to do a bad version of Hallelujah but boy Pentatonix sure proved me wrong.

He met me the next day for a breakfast interview and was just one of those people you could listen to talk about games for ages. Never had the heart to tell him he’d got the left and right the wrong around on the sound and half way though the first level I had to yank the wires out and re do it.

Spent that evening playing LAN multiplayer with him and a bunch of Acti people, drinking beer and eating pizza. I had a really good run and remember his head popping above the monitors to shout ‘who that fuck is that?!’ The whole thing was one of the most formative memories of my career.

Can’t believe the Vince Zampella news. One of the first big devs I met, doing the 2007 Modern Warfare review in Activision’s Slough office. He’d gone out and bought a sound system himself because he wasn’t happy with the review set up and I first met him on the floor behind the TV setting it up.
