It's official. The third straight year of an "extraordinary session" of the Colorado legislature meets August 21.

Legislative sources tell me they expect Gov. Jared Polis to announce a special session in the morning. The state is short $1 billion for the budget year that just started in July because of changes made in the Republican budget bill in DC.

Regarding the Antifa call Douglas County conservative activist Joe Oltmann said he overheard Coomer claim to rig the 2020 election, Coomer said he was never on any call like that, “I don’t even have the access to contemplate doing something like that, nor the desire.” #copolitics

During questioning, Coomer admitted to rants about Trump on his personal FB page, which was private with about 300 friends.

Coomer’s attorney asked, “Did your colorful views of President Trump ever affect your ability to do your job.”

Lindell’s attorneys said, "It’s just words. All Mike Lindell did was talk.” They will not present evidence to support Lindell’s belief the 2020 election was rigged. “This trial is about whether Mike Lindell believed his statements were true at the time he made them.” #copolitics
