This is unacceptable killing a woman when she was driving away is not self defense.If ICe wanted to stop the woman from fleeing they could have shot the tires.This case should be what was the intent of the ICE shooter.The intent is very clear in the video when ice was shooting in to the vehicle.

Killing a woman while driving away is vicious and evil.If ICE wanted yo stop the woman they could have easily shot the tires.Shooting the tires was a no brainer.Killing the woman is unacceptable

I don't know who needs to hear this, but cops are not allowed to shoot people just because you didn't do what they said.
