It’s been six hours since the RAC today ended, and my body has only just now stopped shaking. I knew there would be mental fatigue after, but why does my body feel like I’ve been swimming laps? That nervous energy and high masking burned me all the way out 😵‍💫 Surely, the next one will be easier.

The public hearing went well! I’m much less nervous about that 30 minutes than I am about tomorrow’s 90-minute RAC, but nothing I can do but push through the nerves and show up :)
