If youβre having a crappy MH moment, lower the weights but still do something (that scenario is when Iβm most prone to injury)
Most important thing IMO is keeping in the habit of going and doing it
You also need to make sure youβre eating enough otherwise youβll never grow, thereβs loads of resources online to help figure out what you should have and alternative protein sources for vegetarian diets etc!

Donβt rush but once you feel comfortable lifting a weight, increase it by 5kg (or 2.5kg, whatever interval feels more achievable)
