I can't handle switching between being hopeful, positive and joyful to absolutely abysmal, hopeless, hateful and despised so quickly.

No triggers, no warning, nothing. Just fine and then not fine.

Like I was ready to delete all my social media and my Discord without a word to anyone and then set my computer on fire before walking into the ocean, and now I just kind of want a hot chocolate and movie night with the besties.

So one of the symptoms of this horrible new illness I am struggling with is extreme mood swings. I don't mean feeling down for a couple of days, I mean feeling serious hopeless depression for 2 hours all of a sudden and then getting completely over it just as fast.

It's extra frustrating because most of my disconnects happen at the end of a race, after I've crossed the finish line, so I'll cross in second place and instead of my rank going up, I just get fair play deductions.
