This ensures long-term care residents and managed care participants have a strong, independent voice protecting their safety, dignity, and rights—while holding facilities accountable.

We were proud to speak at the Jewish Heritage Reception at Gracie Mansion about our duty and efforts to fight Antisemitism.

These bills tackle staffing shortages by requiring municipal plans that ensure reliable service (A.8086-A), provide relief by removing EMS funding from the real property tax cap (A.2177-A), and cut costs by exempting EMS agencies from Thruway tolls (A.34). #EMS

First responders run toward danger in the most harrowing situations. That's why we took action to support and strengthen Emergency Medical Services (EMS) statewide.

I was proud to co-sponsor Bill A.8676, which, effective July 1st, provides relocation and employment assistance credits for businesses. This will incentivize companies to join NYC, fill vacant offices, hire employees, and help grow our economy.

College students can face serious mental health challenges and need easy access to resources. I co-sponsored Bill A.6563, which, effective July 1st, requires student ID cards to include the 988-suicide hotline and crisis text line. This law will boost awareness and safety.

E-vehicles pose serious threats to public safety. I was proud to co-sponsor Bill A.7628, which, effective July 11th, requires reporting accidents to note e-scooter or e-bike use. This will complement legislation I have lead sponsored and keep our communities safe.
