Booooo! So sorry. Trying to get another electric billing cycle down by open windows here. Stupid storms w/heat & rain made me turn on AC in Sept. but hoping to avoid heat until at least Nov. Unfortunately coastal VA weather is a daily “spin the wheel” sort of thing.

Anyway - looked at available ingredients & decided tomorrow will be teriyaki pork chop with plum sauce, atop spinach salad w/mandarin pieces & dressing w/soy sauce, sesame oil, pickled ginger. I love your posts, so many ideas & even if I go off the rails the original idea is there! Inspiration!!❤️

Amazing! Never thought to put corn of any sort in salad, but corn salsa is super idea! I do like to put kidney beans but I like them very much and feel like they belong almost anywhere. I think corn would be great company…. Planning new salad now, thank you for another great idea!
